- GENERAL CONDITIONS - - The prices are in Euros, for one week.
- The buildings are generally available at midday.
- According to the period chosen, you will be able to remain a few days more, the price of the additional day be of the 1/7 of the week concerned.
- Prices are based on the number of people, you can see on the upper left of the price schedule. The first number indicates the recommended number of people, the second, the maximum number of people.
- The blacked out dates on the schedule are not available.
- For each person over the recommended number the price is an extra 10% per person.
- For every supplementary week 5% off.
- These prices include the general costs (20%), except for the linen, the cleaning of the buildings, the insurance, and the visitor's tax (0.7 Euro by adult and day in 2002, payable with the handing-over of the keys).
- Bathroom linen is not provided, baby bed available on request.
- The down payments of 30% of the amount of the fee are deductible of the total price.
- For any cancelled reservation, differed, or reduction of stay the down payments will be preserved.
- Arrival after 14 PM, departure before 10 AM. During the handing-over of the keys, you will be asked :
1 : The remaining of the total amount of the rent.
2 : The visitor's tax for the Trésor public.
3 : A cheque of guarantee of 200 Euros returned or destroyed at the restitution of the keys.
- The inventory is at your disposal.
- At the end of the stay, during the restitution of keys, after checking of the buildings (inventory of fixtures, cleanliness), the cheque of guarantee will be restored to you, or destroyed according to your choice.
- I have an official license to rent the chalets N° SIRET 328 513 064 00027, and the chalets conform to the French Ministry standards of comfort, every building has an appointment.
- This general conditions are in accordance to the French laws.
