Country cottage situated at 1150 meters (3771 ft.), alone in the middle of fields full of flowers or snow according to the season. The chalet is situated in a beautiful valley called " Les Covagnes ", vhich is 3 km away from the center of the Morzine resort, and is 200 meters from the lowest station of the Avoriaz cable car.
Access by car, train, or plane, and the connections to the cable car are 200 meters away, or a public parking is 30 meters. A typical Country Cottage, renovated in 1994, of good standing, 2** (agreement N?1910000651-2060829), of modern comfort, surface 50 m 2, + basement. Central heating. Kitchen including 4 gas plate cooker + double oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine. Sitting room with large table, bed-settee, wood stove, television, free mobile telephone. Bathroom with shower, towel radiator, separate toilet. 2 rooms including each one a double bed (140), and a simple bed (90). New bed linen of good quality. Babies bed on request. Washing machine, barbecue, fountain, terrace , basement for the arrangement of the hardware of ski, or leisure, domestic iron, hair dryer. Bicycles, toys, books available.

The country cottage is located in the middle of a snowfield, on the piste.
You can easily reach the ski lifts of the station of Avoriaz located at less than 200 meters away. - For the others, The imposing framework of the valley of the
salt quarries, surrounded by mountains and fir trees, will be the starting point of walks in mountain. Vast space around the chalet is an ideal play-ground for the children, where they can have fun in safety.
The ground terrace , and the barbecue will enable you to benefit agreeably at lunchtime.
In the day, the free shuttles will transport you to the centre of Morzine, where you will find all animations and conveniences of a great winter sports resort.
In the evening, you can dine and amuse you in Avoriaz (the cable car functions until midnight), and why not make the unforgettable experiment to go down a ski slope at night on skies or sledge. - And after ski? At the corner of the stove, you will particularly appreciate the cosy comfort and the conveniences
of this chalet which we renovated in 1994, by taking care to preserve its original seal.
The wood furniture is hand made by artist, the ceiling and the panel, create a friendly atmosphere , which will leave you a very good memory of your stay. You are right beside Avoriaz, and you gain approximately 25% compared to the price of hiring in the station, and you have of more space, surface, charm, comfort and peace.
